How do I make the webcast screen bigger?
If you wish to view the webcast in a full screen, you will need to click twice (double-click) on the Windows Media Player .

What kind of software do I need?
Besides a common Internet browser such as Netscape or Explorer, you will need the free Windows Media Player .

How fast should my Internet connection be?
Broadband connections such as DSL or cable modems are necessary for optimal viewing. The minimum Internet connection is a 56k modem, though at this rate your image-quality may be poor.

How do I watch a webcast?
If you wish to view a live webcast, simply go to the webcast schedule for the specific webcasts and click the link at the appropriate day and time.

Can I download a webcast archive to my harddrive or obtain a CD-ROM?
You are not able to download webcast but you can purchase a CD or DVD at the Grace eStore!

I am using an Apple Computer and cannot view the webcast, what should I do?
Apple Computer users must use Safari or Mozilla Firefox (www.mozilla.com) and Windows Media Player or Flip4Mac plug-in for WMA (www.flip4mac.com) to view the webcast.

After installing the necessary software, click on Apple - Select System Preferences - Select Flip4Mac (towards the bottom). Under movie - make sure all 4 check boxes are checked. Check this check box - "Use Flip4Mac WMV internet Plug-in" and Check this box - "maintain aspect ratio."

What should I do if I am using AOL to view the webcast?
The AOL browser will not allow you to view the webcasts. You can logon to the internet with AOL as you always do, leave it open, and open a new window in Internet Explorer to Grace Website.

My video keeps buffering, is it me or you?
Unfortunately, our video stream will buffer from time to time. We do not experience the buffering stream on our end. The stream is filtered several times before it reaches you, so often, we don't know the reason why your video will buffer. If you connect to the internet wirelessly, you might try using a wired connection. If you have many programs or windows open on your computer, you might close everything else to allow the most memory to be used for the video stream.
