16 SES and GBC youth visited the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
Our day was a major success and a perfect alternative to having our young people at home and inactive during school breaks.
The day also included a visit to the Schomburg Library for Black Cultural Research which is hosting two impressive art exhibits and a delicious affordable lunch at the world famous and historically relevant "Sylvia's Restaurant, in Harlem New York.
By all accounts the youth had a great time, each spoke at length about how informative the NYSE visit was and how many were treated to their first visit to the Schomburg.
We pray this is the type of event Pastor envisions when he discusses the significant role GBC ministries play in shaping the experiences of our youth.
