My Dear Loved Ones,
It is with the greatest humility and profound enthusiasm that I pause to celebrate with you what God has done in delivering into our hands the final obstacle to the vision that God has given us.

I take this moment to express my deepest gratitude for your unwavering support in securing the funds needed to close the acquisition. I know for many of us it was a real sacrifice. And, I am certain that God never lets us do more for Him than what He does for us. Thank you for your generosity. No Pastor can be more affirmed than you make me and no Pastor is more grateful.
The Next Prat of the Journey!
I must ask us to go the next mile of the way. We have a shortfall of about $80,000 as a result to not reaching the total amount goal for the closing plus estimated demolition cost of the building of $44,000. The ability for us to sustain our credibility is challenged by these two obligations. I have prayed over this matter and feel compelled to ask that we yield to the following prescription for retiring our debt above our regular church giving.
The Prescription: 300 X 3
If 300 members give $100 a month for 3 months and 300 members give $50 3 months and all other members who are not able to give that amount give what they can, we can handily meet this challenge.
I know that for some of us we may have depleted our capacity to give at this time, that is understandable, but if you cannot do any more please do not discourage others from doing more. Nevertheless, we all have the capacity to pray and this is a contribution we can all make whether we can give or do not have the means to participate. This is a race that is not given to the swift but to those who endure. This is a large endeavor but with the help of God we will prevail.
