The Grace School of Music with
Wesley Reynoso is focused on creating the
next generation of exceptional musicians.
Through a phased approach, we will help to
develop and refine musical skills by providing
focused guidance that allows students to grow at their own pace into their musicianship. Under
the tutelage of some of the finest musicians
from around the globe, students will be exposed to multiple instruments and explore numerous aspects of musical expression.
Group Classes for Adults &
Children will allow for challenging and creative learning in a relaxed, open atmosphere where individual talents and skills help the group to learn and embrace each member’s individual expression. Private instruction provides an intimate setting for specific and focused instruction, which allows the student to connect with their instrument in a more personal way.
ABOUT WESLEY DAVID REYNOSO
Virtuosic pianist and composer, Wesley David Reynoso, is a soulful, imaginative, Dominican-born musician. He currently serves as the organist for Grace Baptist Church of Mount Vernon, NY and is also a bandleader, conductor, and educator. Wesley has collaborated and performed with Grammy-award winning artists and nominees such as Earl Klugh, Dave Valentin, Antonio Sanchez, and Diane Schuur, just to name a few. Wesley and his staff have dedicated more than 30 years to the study of music and he continues to travel around the world (Japan, Europe, Puerto Rico, US, etc.) sharing his gift. Greatly influenced by jazz masters Art Tatum, Oscar Peterson, Phineas Newborn, Jr., and many others, he is well-versed in jazz, Latin jazz, gospel, classical, and contemporary music.
He has also studied the organ,
accordion, trumpet, and guitar. His staff is
well-versed in the study and art of the bass,
cello, clarinet, drums, flute, saxophone,
percussion, trombone, viola, violin, and voice.
Mr. Reynoso also has access to some of the
finest music studios and engineers in New
York City to help advance the study of
students interested in music technology.
